Please include the device model and the iOS / iPadOS / watchOS / macOS version. If the issue is about a transaction or budget, tell us what you saw and what you expected — screenshots are welcome but not required. Do not include sensitive account numbers in email.

Common questions

How do I connect a bank account?

Open Khazen → Connect (the navy plus button on the Accounts tab) → choose your bank → log in through your bank's own page. Khazen never sees your bank password — the connection happens directly between you and your bank through the regulated financial data network.

How do I disconnect a bank?

Settings → Accounts → tap the bank you want to remove → Disconnect. The disconnection is immediate. The access token is revoked and the network stops fetching data for that bank within seconds.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone or iPad: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Khazen → Cancel. Or, inside Khazen: Settings → Subscription → Manage in App Store. Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple, not by us. Open the App Store on your device → tap your profile picture → Purchased → tap Khazen → Report a Problem. Apple usually decides within 48 hours.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Inside Khazen: Settings → Account → Delete account. One tap, with a confirmation. This removes bank access tokens, push tokens, and subscription cross-check records from our backend within minutes. iCloud-synced data is removed automatically when you delete the app and clear its iCloud data from your Apple ID. We hold no copy on any server after deletion.

Why does the AI sometimes disagree with my categorization?

Khazen's AI is a supplementary perspective, not the ground truth. When you correct a category, the app remembers your preference and weights it heavily for future similar transactions. The AI's suggestion is informational only.

Do you support shared accounts (couples, families)?

Shared workspaces are on our roadmap but not yet shipped. Today, each Apple ID syncs its own data via that user's personal iCloud. We will announce shared workspaces in-app when available.

Where is my data stored?

On your device (SwiftData) and in your personal iCloud (encrypted by Apple, your Apple ID). Bank access tokens live encrypted in our backend so we can refresh new transactions; everything else is yours. See Privacy for full detail.
